Carrier chassis

This model is mounted on a carrier chassis type 6 x 4 or 6 x 6. Min. wheelbase between lst and 3rd axle: 5200 mm. Second and third axles must be driving.

Outriggers 4 support points with vertical and horizontal operation from both sides of the chassis. Hydraulic pump coupled to the vehicle gearbox by means of a P.T.O. Electrohydraulic operation.

Superstructure

Auxiliary engine MERCEDES BENZ. OM904LA. 90 kW (122 HP)/2300 rpm.

Hydraulic system 1 constant flow triple pump coupled to the auxiliary engine. All crane movements can be effected either with empty or half load and two of them under full load.

Winch LUNA, driven by a variable motor and equipped with an automatic multidisc brake with integrated free wheeling. Maximal single line pull: 3500 kg to 57 m/min. Minimal single line pull: 1500 kg to 124 m/min. 13 mm rotation resistant wire rope. Length: 150 m.

Boom derricking 1 single effect cylinder. From -2° to 82°. 40 sec.

Telescopic boom 1 basic section and 3 telescopic ones by means of 1 cylinder and a double rope system. Fabricated in high elastic limit steel. Length: 32 m. Telescoping speed: 0.3 m/sec.

Siew ring ROTHE-ERDE, external rack. 360° continuons rotation.

CabInclinable from 0 to 20°. New design allowing greater visibility of loads at big heights and more comfort.

Safety equipment Lowering limit switch system. Anti-two-block system. Electronic load indicator on hook. Safe load indicator with anti-two block system. All circuits are fitted with safety valves and piping antibreakage valves.

Optionals

Jib Telescopic lattice jib 8.5 or 15 m. long. Swingaway on boom side. 0°, 15°, 30° and 45° offset. Hook up to 10 t.

Recovery winch 4500 Kg line pull. Installed at the front of the superstructure. 16 mm diameter rotation resistant wire rope. Length: 50 m.
